My friend Julia Leach of Chance Co. turned me onto Lizzie Garrett’s Tomboy Style blog last year. I absolutely love it. While I tend to be a little more girly in the way I dress, underneath it all I’m a Tomboy at heart (as evidenced by all of the scars on my legs from rough-housing with the boys!).
You all know how much I love a good book (I still can’t get into reading on a device!), so I am super excited to see that Lizzie has published her first (“first” being the operative word!) book, “Tomboy Style: Beyond the Boundaries of Fashion.” This newly released, compact coffee table book published by Rizzoli, is filled with inspiration and celebrates tomboy style icons (both famous and not-so-famous) via dozens of vintage and contemporary photographs.
