What a week it’s been. Phew. I’ve never understood how a week can pass at warp speed while the days can be very lonnnnng. We are full of Holiday Cheer here in Santa Barbara. Sending you the Merriest of Merry Wishes for a spectacular Christmas, full of Silver Linings!

Hellooooo Santa!
Happy Merry Everything!
I love your happy merry photos, Hollye! I don't know, I'm feeling a little overload and on the emotional side right now….. grateful for everything this time of year – especially after a cancer diagnosis, right? You're so right, life is so fleeting. I want to slow it down. It's finite and as good as it is to realize this, I sometimes can cry at the fleetingness of all the beauty and even the down right ugliness. It's all so human and so precious.
Happy Merry Everything to you too.
Kim
Dear Kim,
Thanks so much for sharing. Feeling overloaded & emotional is super normal during this time of the year. Absolutely. In response to my similar feelings, I have found myself nesting lately, staying close to home, the HOTY and Sweetly Six.
I think that it's important to listen to our body and our feelings…and cry when we need to cry.
Please take good care and keep creating!
xx Hollye
So wonderful to see you looking merrier and brighter than Rudolph's nose! Lovely to see you got your "party shoes" on for the holidays, if not for your birthday.
Wishing you and your darling family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Hee! I sure did have my party (dancing!) shoes on and it was so FUN!
Wishing you the same best wishes, Carolee. Lots of great things to come in 2013!
