Hopefully by now, those April showers (or snow in Chicago and Denver) have brought some beautiful flowers. Speaking of flowers, recently I came across the amazing – stunning, actually – artwork of Paul Lange. His Big Blooms are a Big Silver Lining!
According to his bio, his photographs have been featured in distinguished publications worldwide including Vogue, and the New York Times, amongst others. In his past life as a prominent NYC based fashion photographer for 25 years, he traveled the globe on editorial assignments with subjects as diverse as Hillary Rodham Clinton, Cindy Crawford, Ralph Lauren and Halle Berry. Eight years ago, he relocated to New York’s Hudson Valley and started a new life as a Fine Art photographer, immediately engaging with his local surroundings on a number of large-scale photography projects about Place.
And check this out: All of his photographs are created entirely in-camera at the time of exposure. There is no manipulation in Photoshop! How ’bout that for a Silver Lining?
He generously allow me to share his photographs here. To see more, go to PaulLange.com
Thrilled to discover this beautiful work! Thank you Paul! Thank you Hollye!
Thanks, dear Frances!
