Poetry Series: Hope by Emily Dickinson

When I was sick, though I mentally prepared myself for the worst, it was hope — always hope — that sustained me. I have a couple of friends going through FBC (f-bomb breast cancer) right now and hope is the one thing that is getting them through (Silver Lining). Emily Dickinson describes hope in the most magical and perfect way when she says that:
