Last week, I received an advanced copy of our book! The real thing. In hardback! My hands trembled and I burst into tears when I opened it. Finally, after a whole heckuvalot of blood, sweat and tears, I held our beloved project in our hands. It was one of the more exciting moments of my life and the ultimate Silver Lining.

of every woman's ordeal has been touched on with The
Silver Pen. No longer is one left alone to mull the fears associated with breast cancer. As someone who was close to it, myself, I know every case is subjectively different. Yet if Hollye and Ms. Messina have achieved
anything, it is to offer hope in its most incisively
profound context. With my first reading I can relive my
own associations close to such a condition and know that,yes,there is a light at the end of tunnel. The Silver Pen will provide a beacon for such hope. Congratulations!
