It is just lovely and only a tiny fraction of Pema Chodrun's tender, thoughtful, and often funny wisdom. Her life story is interesting also. Her writing has helped me through some really painful and difficult times, but listening to her is even better. You can pick up any one of her books, but I like Comfortable With Uncertainty as it is small and can be used for a daily buck up. Thanks for sharing. Pema is a solid SL.

I've read this too Hollye. Pema Chodron has a wonderful way of revealing the truth – which is right in front of us all the time, yet unknown. She's amazing! I'm 'trying' to live my life this way since my cancer diagnosis. Mostly two steps forward & one step back.
I figured out why you're going to see Mary Poppins… guess you have to return her duffle bag before the performance. Ha ha ha! Have fun!

This is incredibly powerful and truly a challenge to have the mindset and really "lean in" – kind of like taking life's medicine, we may not enjoy it but ultimately it will make us better. Thanks for sharing.
