How amazing and inspiring is it that Martin Luther King Day is on the same day as the (2nd!) Inauguration of this (amazing!) country’s first African American President? Regardless of political views, there sure is a Silver Lining happening here, recognizing that Barack Obama could never have been President had it not been for MLK.
If Canada could vote for Obama, he would win by a landslide…. And, I heard it said, if the whole world could vote, he would win by a landslide!! I believe it!!

I said the same thing to someone about how wonderfully Silver-Lined it was that the President got sworn in for his second term on Martin Luther King Day! I thought it was pretty darn fabulous. Those are some pretty powerful quotes, particularly the one about the "ultimate measure."
