A dear friend sent this quote to me. She happens to be going through an incredibly difficult and very sad time right now. We are ALL given challenges in this life that, at times, some seem insurmountable.
We have specific choices about how we can handle the inevitable adversity in life.
I choose positive. Where there is bad, there is always good. I am finding that looking for life’s SL’s (silver linings) helps immensely. No, more than that…. Finding SL’s makes all the difference in the world.
We just have to put one foot in front of the other and keep on moving.
Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life bring to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.
