Last Sunday was my first day without emails and texts. I have to say that it was pretty great. So great, in fact, that this Sunday, I will continue this practice joyfully (& not jittery!).
One of my fabulously chic and gorgeous and kind and intelligent friends has been following this practice for ages. She describes a technology free day as “civilized.” I couldn’t agree more (Silver Lining)!
