As many of you may already know, I am cuckoo about tennis. This past year has been wrought with one challenge after another, including having been sidelined from my beloved sport not once, but twice (thanks to two surgeries) and switching from playing right handed to left handed (because I developed a nasty case of lymphedema in my right arm).
Several Silver Linings have emerged, though, beginning with the Tennis Channel which shows tennis nearly 24 hours/day (and heaven knows I’ve seen all 24 hours in the last 12 months!). The best Silver Lining of all is that my surgeon told me that I could begin doing some volley’s on May 1st and then start really playing on May 15th. In the meantime, I continue to dream…
