Bread Pudding
One of my all-time favorite desserts is bread pudding. Even the thought of it makes me drool! I seriously love it in an indescribable way!
On this Game On diet that I’m doing with my girl-and one boy-friends, we are allowed to have one meal a week completely off. Yes, that means that I can eat whatever I want once a week. As much as I wish that my sugar cravings would disappear, they just wait until I’m ready to come back to them!
Here is one of my most favorite recipes from Babycakes Covers the Classics cookbook: Bread Pudding. I HIGHLY recommend this book, by the way. All recipes are gluten-free and vegan & YUMMY!!! (Oh yes they are…pinky promise!)
Here is a photo of the deliciousness as I was going in for a face plant. YUM + E.!
Enjoy the deliciousness!
Congratulations on your article appearing in the BreastCancer.org's recent e-newsletter. Glad to see more people benefitting from your good advice. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so very much, Linda. I really appreciate your kind note!
Mmmmm…..yummy! One of my most favorite desserts is bread pudding too. And yours has the added cranberries and apples and good-for-you ingredients. I like to serve and eat mine with a warm sweetened hard sauce. Your vanilla icing sounds good too. Must try it.
Happy weekend, dear Hollye.
Thank you, dear Carolee. Hope that you enjoy the yummyness!
Looks so yummy! The book too!! Gotta get it!
The book is FABULOUS! Hope you enjoy it!
Yummmm! My grandmamma made the BEST bread pudding, full of plump raisins and oh so delicious. Thanks for bringing back the sweet memories. Will try your recipe for sure, the photo sure looks delish! I think bread pudding is a perfect Pajama Day dish, comfort food at its best.
I LOVE bread pudding…any kind, anywhere! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
