We had a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the HOTY’s birthday this weekend with a little winter wonderland getaway in Lake Tahoe. The ultimate Silver Lining and birthday gift was having all of our children together. This beautiful poem reminded me how wonderful winter can be (though it’s not enough to lure me away from Santa Barbara!).
