After the Golden Globes I’m feeling a little extra fashion-y today. In thinking about it, my favorite dress was Lanvin that Natalie Portman wore. So pretty, elegant, feminine, dreamy.
That reminded me of how smitten I am with the Lanvin petit collection for 2-to-8-year-olds. This past summer, Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz reawakened the house’s childrenswear roots, unveiling his Lanvin Petite 25-piece collection in New York. The line features separates, dresses and a few select accessories. Complete and total Silver Lining.
Now, I really don’t think that even if I had all of the money in the world that I could rationalize spending over $1000 on a dress for Finally Five. Come to think of it, there’s not a chance in H**L, especially if I want to stay married to the HOTY. However, a girl can certainly dream, right?!?
Hollye,
Thanks for sharing these adorable fashions for the FF set. Your post made me laugh out loud! Big hug to all.

Tee Hee! So glad!
Absolutely adorable coats! Wouldn't have let my kids near these clothes even if we could have afforded it….. too many tempting mud puddles, snowdrifts & grassy playgrounds to be explored at that age!! ha ha ha…. Thanks for the peak!!
I couldn't agree more, Kim. Super fun to look at though! Thanks, as always.
Omg, how can you resist? 🙂
By looking at the price tag. 🙂
That Alber Ebaz cuts a dress like nobody's business – and I did not know about the children's clothes. A revelation. Thanks as always for enlightening us.
Right?!? I love any and all Lanvin! Thank you, Frances!
